CAPERS IN SEA SALT

The Italian Capers SUD ICS Limited liability company manufactures and commercializes the product in a wide range of packages and calibers in order to meet the requirements of all the consumers. The calibration varies from mm.4/6 to mm.14 and over.
In thermowelded plastic bags for foods from 500g, 1 Kg and 5 Kg.
In small buckets made of transparent plastic for foods 100, 250, 500 and 1000 g.
In buckets made of plastic with self-sealing fastener for food from 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 Kg.

Every packaging has got the EAN code.

CAPERS IN WINE VINEGAR

The ICS offers to its customers capers in wine vinegar in the different calibers.
According to the requested sizes, capers in wine vinegar are packaged in jars made of glass of different capacity or in thermoretracted packets.
The ICS uses jars allowed by the UE directive n. 80/232 of nominal capacity of 106, 212, 314, 720, 1700 and 3100 ml.

FRUITS OF THE CAPERBUSH WITH STEM “CUCUNCI”(CAPERBERRY)

For appetizers, in accompaniment to cocktails, instead of olives or picked onions, in the preparation of the aperitifs, the ICS offers to its customers the fruits of the caper with stem “CUCUNCI” (CAPERBERRY). All the flavour of freshness, in a particular aroma and a characteristic taste.
The standard packaging is made of glass allowed by the UE directive n°80/232 from the nominal capacity to 314, 720, 1700, 3100 ml.
By request they can be supplied in other types of packaging.

PICKLED CAPERS

The ICS is able to supply pickled capers in buckets and/or drums made of plastic for foods whose net weight varies from 5 to 180 Kg.
